This Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi GPS is the new successor to the A129 Duo. This Viofo A129 Plus films in QuadHD (2K) resolution on the front and FullHD on the back. By using a 5.0MP Sony Starvis sensor, it has made considerable progress compared to its predecessor. In addition to the image quality, this Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD WiFi GPS is equipped with super fast and stable Dual-Band WiFi (2.4GHz and 5GHz), it comes standard with a GPS mount and there is the option to operate it with a Bluetooth SOS button.
Because the Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi GPS is equipped with two cameras, this dashcam can be used to record both in front of and behind the car. The front dashcam records at QuadHD (2K) resolution in 30fps and the rear at 1080p Full HD 30fps. The rear camera is connected to the front camera with a long supplied cable of 6 meters. The images from the rear camera are stored separately on the SD card. On the 2.0 inch LCD screen, the rear camera is displayed on one fourth of the screen via PiP (Picture in Picture).
The Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi GPS is equipped with dual-band Wifi, which makes file transfer very fast and the network very reliable. Via the Viofo App, the images can be viewed and downloaded directly via WiFi on any iOS and Android phone and tablet.

The Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi is equipped with an automatic parking position with motion detection or Time Lapse. With motion detection, the camera is on standby and starts recording for 30 seconds when motion is detected. With Time Lapse, the camera continuously records a 1fps video that can later be played (accelerated) as a 30fps video. This way, evidence is always available if the car has been damaged while parked.
Note: The automatic parking function only works if the dashcam is used with the Continuous power supply for the Viofo A129 (optional accessory). When connected, the camera will automatically switch to parking mode when the car's ignition is turned off and switch to normal recording when the car is started.
With the handy optional Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi Bluetooth SOS button, a manual SOS recording can be started on the Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi with one push of a button. The SOS button can easily be connected to the Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi by switching on the dashcam and holding the button for 3 seconds. The blue indicator LED on the button will light up blue if the connection is successful. The SOS button can be mounted anywhere within the vehicle using the supplied sticker.
The Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi is supplied with GPS as standard module. The current speed can be displayed in the image through the GPS. This can be of decisive importance as evidence in an incident. In addition, the GPS remembers the location of the places where the dashcam was filmed. The route traveled can therefore be viewed via the software on the PC.
The GPS is incorporated in the mount that is attached to the window. Optionally, an extra GPS mount can be ordered when the dashcam is used in multiple vehicles. The GPS mounts remain attached to the window and the camera can therefore easily be switched between the vehicles.
This Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi dashcam has a 2.0 inch LCD Display. The live images are displayed on the screen and the menu can be operated easily. The built-in screen saver automatically switches off the LCD screen after a set number of minutes if desired, so that it does not cause any inconvenience to the driver.

The built-in microphone in this dashcam also records the sound in and around the car. The microphone can be turned off if desired
The Viofo A129 Plus Duo QuadHD Wifi supports MicroSD cards up to 256gb. This is enough for about 48 hours of FullHD video (24 hours in 2CH).
