ThiEYE Safeel Zero 32gb FullHD 1080p dashcam

This compact ThiEYE Safeel Zero FullHD dashcam is the perfect entry-level dashcam. It films with sharp FullHD 1080p recordings in 30fps, has a 1.5 inch LCD screen and comes with two holders; one with suction cup and one with sticker. With its large viewing angle of 170 degrees a very large area is also included around the car so that you don't miss anything. The ideal dash cam for any vehicle!

FullHD 1080p recording

The ThiEYE Safeel Zero FullHD films with sharp FullHD 1080p recordings in 30fps. Due to the good image quality during the day and in the dark, a lot of details - such as license plates and people - are easily recognizable. The resolution of the Safeel Zero FullHD can also be set to 720p.

Compact design

Perhaps the most striking thing about this ThiEYE Safeel Zero FullHD is that it hardly stands out. Due to its compact design, it easily fits behind the interior mirror or anywhere else on the windshield. Because it's almost invisible, he does not bother the driver too much and is perfect to guard your car with.

1.5 inch LCD screen

On the compact but clear 1.5 inch LCD screen the menu is easy to operate and you can view the live or saved recordings. The Safeel Zero FullHD also has a screen saver that turns the screen off after a set time so that the dashcam does not bother the driver too much. The recording will continue as usual and the LCD screen can be reactivated with one press of the OK button.

32gb MicroSD included

The ThiEYE Safeel Zero is supplied with a ThiEYE 32gb MicroSD card. This allows recording in FullHD for up to approximately 4 hours.

WDR

The ThiEYE Safeel Zero FullHD 1080p is equipped with WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) to improve the image quality. Especially in conditions with very much or very little light, WDR ensures that the image quality is still good.

Parking mode

The ThieEYE Zero FullHD FullHD has two types of parking mode that have to be manually activated. Note that for these functions to properly work the Zero FullHD FullHD has to be powered with the Hardwire Kit (see accessories).

Motion
Activate the Motion Detection function in the menu and the camera will stay in stand-by mode. When a motion is detected, the Zero FullHD FullHD will start a recording of 30 seconds and then go in stand-by mode again. Please note that this is a different recording type and is preferably only turned on during parking and turned off when normally driving.

Vibration
When Parking Mode is activated and the camera is turned off, it will boot up and start a recording when a vibration is detected.

170˚ lens

The Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD has a 170˚ wide view ‘fish-eye’ lens to make sure a big area around the car is visible and captured.

Easy Dual USB power

The Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD comes with a handy Dual Micro USB cigarette power supply. In the plug of the power supply there is an extra USB port on the back that you can use to charge other equipment in the car.

Suction and Adhesive mount

This ThieEYE Zero FullHD FullHD comes with two mounts, one adhesive and one suction. This makes mounting the dashcam in every vehicle a piece of cake.

Making pictures

The Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD has the option to make pictures. The picture mode can be accessed by longer pressing the Menu button and the pictures are stored on the SD card in a separate folder.

Loop recording

This Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD is equipped with loop recording so the dashcam will keep recording even when the SD card is full. Videos are stored in short files of 3, 5 or 10 minutes, when the SD card is full the oldest file will be automatically deleted so there is space for a new file. This way you are sure the last period of time is stored on the SD card, the length of this period depending on the size of the SD card.

Auto start/stop

When powered by the cigarette power plug, the Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD will start recording automatically when the car is turned on and will stop recording when the car is turned off. Note that this function will only work in cars that provide power trough the cigarette port when the ignition is on. When power is also provided when the ignition is off, the Zero FullHD FullHD will stay on and has to be turned on and off manually.

G-sensor

The built-in G-sensor in this Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD registers when you have an accident and in that case saves the current file in a special emergency folder on the SD card. Files in this folder cannot be erased by the loop recording.

Built-in microphone

This Safeel Zero FullHD FullHD has a built-in microphone. The microphone can be muted in the menu.

Date and time registration

The current time and date of the recordings are visible in the lower corner of the videos. This setting can also be turned off in the menu.
