This AZDome FullHD rear camera is the optional rear camera for the AZDome M10, M63 Pro, AR08 and M06P dashcams. Connect this rear camera to the front camera of one of the AZDome dashcams to also record at the rear of the car. It has the powerful GalaxyCore 2053 image sensor ensuring great image quality both during the day and in the night. The AZDome rear camera is waterproof and can therefore be mounted on the rear window as well as on the rear bumper outside. It has a wide view angle of 140 degrees. When the rear cam is connected to the M10 or M06P, both cameras will record in 1080p FullHD in 30fps.

The rear camera is connected to the front camera with the supplied 6 meter long connection cable. The cameras record simultaneously and the files of both cameras are stored on the Micro SD card in the front camera. Both images will be shown PiP (Picture in Picture) on the front LCD screen and with one press on the screen it will switch to the rear camera. There is no need for a separate power supply to the rear camera, it will get its power trough the same cable. 

The rear camera has a separate optional power supply that can be connected to the power or the reverse light. In that case, the camera will send a signal to the front camera and the image of the rear camera will be shown in full on the LCD screen once the car is put in reverse.
